Unmatched earrings to reach unmatched price

Both fancy pink and fancy blue diamonds are very rare. Finding them in large sizes is extremely rare. So rare it will be hard to find a matching pair.

For the creative mind behind the Apollo and Artemis Diamonds this was a challenges accepted. A pair of earrings with two different diamonds, in different colors, different weights was created.

One of them a 14.54 carat blue pear shaped diamond. The other one a 16 carat pink diamond.

They will be sold separately, so you could end up paying $20 million for half an unmatched earring set.

Yes, this construct is a bit shay, but it is the best they could come up with at Sotheby's.
